Add a video (drone or walk-through)

In Vistura, you add a video to a tour from Add > Video in the editor: pick the clip, and Vistura prepares it to play smoothly on phones. Then choose where buyers see it: on a photo or as a button. Videos need Pro or Business on your account.

Before you start

Have the clip on the device you use: an MP4 or MOV from a phone, a camera or a drone, up to 6 minutes long. 4K is fine.

Steps

  1. Open the tour. To show the video inside a room, open that room's photo and turn it towards the spot, such as a window or a wall.
  2. Select Add (the + at the top right on a phone), then Video.
  3. Select Choose a video or drop it here and pick the clip. On a computer, you can also drop it there.
  4. Keep the window open while Vistura prepares and uploads it. A bar shows the progress.
  5. Check the name under Name. Buyers see it.
  6. Under Where does it show?, choose one:
    • On this photo: a video point on the open photo, where you are looking;
    • A button on screen: a button that shows in the whole tour;
    • Just keep it in the tour: to choose a place later.
  7. Select Done.

Result buyers tap the point or the button and watch the video, with sound, without leaving the tour.
