You retain ownership of the content you upload to Vistura. However, by using the Service, you grant Vistura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
By making a virtual tour "Public" on our platform, you grant Vistura the right to use such tours, including any images, names, or descriptions associated with them, for marketing and promotional purposes across any media channels.
Furthermore, if you represent a company or brand, you grant Vistura the right to use your company name and logo as part of our customer list and marketing materials to indicate that you are a user of our platform.
