Consumer disputes
If you use Vistura as a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity. The national arbitration centre for consumer disputes in Portugal is CNIACC (Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo), www.cniacc.pt.
