Vistura takes 360 photos as JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 25 MB each, on every plan. This page lists every other file you can upload, the sizes, and the files you get back from Vistura.

Text has limits too: the tour name up to 100 characters, its description up to 500, and the text of a point up to 250.

How Vistura stores your photos

  • Each 360 photo is kept up to 8,192 px wide, with a 4,096 px copy for phones. A wider photo is made smaller; nothing is gained by uploading more.
  • The camera's data, such as the GPS position, is removed from every photo and plan you upload.
  • Your files share one storage per person: 2 GB on Free, 50 GB on Pro and 100 GB on Business. Tours and leads do not use it; photos, video and audio do.
